Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford, born in Bloomsbury (London) in London, was raised by the mother, grandmother, and her godparents. Her father left her family. While she was a small girl, Catherine Ford struggled with an obsessive compulsive disorder and suffered from anxiety because of the word association. Ford was interested in the profession of acting in her teenage years and she was a part of the National Youth Theatre. The school she was accepted to was Sylvia Young Theatre School. After a couple of days, she concluded that this school wasn't for her. Ford instead applied to the Central School of Speech and Drama, finally winning an acceptance on her fourth attempt. Shaun Dingwall - who later appeared as Pete Tyler in Doctor Who - was one of her classmates. Ford graduated in 1993, but she already had her TV debut in a 1992 episode of Surgical Spirit. She adopted the stage name Catherine Tate. Tate was featured in a variety of television programs including The Bill, Men Behaving Badly as well as London's Burning during the Nineties. The regular theatre work she performed has led to her joining the Royal Shakespeare Company, for the 2000-2001 season. However, Tate quickly began gaining attention for her stand-up comic and added stand-up comedy to her repertoire in 1996.
